AI Lean operates in the Self-Storage Real Estate prolific industry. The market counts more then 65,000 Locations across the US. AI Lean provides an automation solution that provides value to self-storage operators in several meaningful and proven ways. Automating the payment collections to avoid the lien process risks, maximize revenues, payments, reduction of bad debt and overall consistent tenant collection reminder experience. We currently automate the liens for clients located across 17 states. Our company is growing fast, is building up its talented leadership team to maximize quality growth and leadership in our marketplace.   

Your Role & Responsibilities include:

Contract Negotiation and Strategic Pricing
● Work with Sales & CEO & Client to define win-win or strategic pricing
● Review qualifying information collected from sales to manage conversations
● Support the closing of contracts working or coordinating with sales, ops & CEO
New Client Activation Process Execution
● Manage each new clients activations process
● Organize and conduct with Operations Management & User Training
● Manage the configuration of service level agreements with clients
● Ensure the user experience goes per AI Lean Standards
● From time to time participate strategically and commercially in key select trade shows
Client relationship management
● Manage key strategic accounts coordinating with the rest of the team on needs
● Manage with the rest of the team large roll outs (1 planned in Q2-Q3 starting in Q1)

● Touch base with customers and users to ensure the experience is going well
● Report of any issues, risks, or product improvement opportunities to ops and tech
● Send routine surveys to decision makers, users to analyze and report on these insights
Sales and roll out financial forecasting and predictions
● Update the revenue forecasts with latest roll out information
● Provide multi-scenario predictions relating to the revenue forecasts
● Work with sales to plan ahead using sales forecasts information
● Collaborate with operations to align on these forecasts with capacity plans and risks
Accounts Receivable Management
● Work with finance to ensure the invoices are set up in the accounting system
● Work with operations to ensure the invoice details is provided to accounting & clients
● Ensure clients pay on time, use tact to collect on payments and ensure our AR is current
Projects & Innovation
● Work with sales, operations, CEO or the Product team on special project

Qualifications

● 10 years working experience
● 3-4 Years as a B2B Sales Lead or in a Sales or Activation Related role
● Bachelor, Masters Business Degree or equivalent experiences
● Project Coordination & Management experience
● Go To Market, Marketing background or experiences
● Worked in a startup: Entrepreneurial, creative, autonom, self-starter
● Ability to travel 10%-20% of time
